Graduate Floor Trader (Aug 2025)

Join IMC as a Graduate Floor Trader, optimizing trading strategies in a high-frequency trading firm.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Work in a team of broker and screen traders to optimize trading.
• Interact with brokers throughout the day, making markets and providing liquidity.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers.
• Perform trades analysis to improve trading.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance trading models, algorithms, systems, and positional risk.
• Research new market opportunities.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Recent university graduate or current university student graduating between December 2024 and August 2025 with a degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field of study.
• Superior numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, though no prior knowledge or experience required.
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-moving and competitive environment.
• Experience with programming in Python is an advantage.
• A team player – at IMC we’re all in together.
• Eagerness to continuously learn.
• Must be available to start full-time employment in August 2025.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $150,000 USD.
• Eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including paid leave and insurance.
