Graduate Broker Trader (Feb 2026)

Join IMC as a Graduate Broker Trader to optimize trading strategies and engage in high-frequency broker market activities.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work in a team of brokers and screen traders to optimize trading
• Make markets throughout the day on a variety of mediums
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers
• Perform trade analysis to improve trading
• Develop, maintain, and enhance trading models, algorithms, systems, and positional risk
• Research new market opportunities

About You

What you'll need:

• Current university student graduating between September 2025 and July 2026, pursuing a degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Economics)
• Ability to thrive and make decisions in a fast-moving and competitive environment
• Team player with a proactive, self-driven attitude
• Experience with programming in Python is preferred
• Desire to learn and solve complex problems
• Interest in financial markets; previous knowledge is not required
• Availability for full-time employment starting in February or August 2026

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $175,000
• Discretionary bonus eligibility
• Benefits include paid leave and insurance
