Join IMC as a Graduate Broker Trader to optimize trading strategies and engage in high-frequency broker market activities.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Work in a team of brokers and screen traders to optimize trading
- Make markets throughout the day on a variety of mediums
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers
- Perform trade analysis to improve trading
- Develop, maintain, and enhance trading models, algorithms, systems, and positional risk
- Research new market opportunities
About You
What you'll need:
- Current university student graduating between September 2025 and July 2026, pursuing a degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Economics)
- Ability to thrive and make decisions in a fast-moving and competitive environment
- Team player with a proactive, self-driven attitude
- Experience with programming in Python is preferred
- Desire to learn and solve complex problems
- Interest in financial markets; previous knowledge is not required
- Availability for full-time employment starting in February or August 2026
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $175,000
- Discretionary bonus eligibility
