Overview

Responsibilities

As a government and politics intern abroad, your responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting analysis and policy-related research
  • Assisting with communication strategies and political campaigns
  • Supporting outreach and networking initiatives
  • Attending stakeholder meetings, hearings, or events
  • Drafting reports, proposals, or briefings

Available Programmes

  • In-Person Internships: Work directly within political organizations and government departments in global cities.
  • Remote Internships: Gain political experience and contribute to projects from anywhere in the world.

  • Blended Internships: Spend four weeks abroad then continue working remotely with the same host.

Programs range from 4 to 24 weeks, depending on your chosen format.

Time Commitment

  • In-person programs: Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Remote & Digital Nomad programs: Flexible — full-time or part-time (10–30 hours/week)
