Assist in global workplace strategy and survey administration at Boston Consulting Group, a leader in business strategy.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Global Workplace Strategy Senior Director in developing materials for the Global Real Estate function.
  • Administering the global Workplace Experience survey in June 2025 and assisting with reporting and analysis.
  • Developing communications materials, guidelines, or other analysis as needed.
  • Collaborating with the Global Real Estate team across five countries, with a focus on the Boston-based team.
  • Working independently with team support when necessary.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum two years of college or university studies in workplace/facilities planning, interior design, environmental psychology, or business with an interest in workplace design and strategy.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau and Excel.
  • Skills in presentation tools, storyboarding, graphic design, web design, and Office 365 tools.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively, including with remote team members.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with strong research and data analysis skills.
  • The 5 I's: independence, initiative, innovation, insight, and intrinsic motivation.
