Global Markets Sales & Trading Rotational Summer Analyst Program (Jun 2027)

Join Bank of America’s Global Markets team to assist in sales, trading, and structuring across fixed income and equity markets with extensive training and rotations.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist with sales, trading, and hedging activities
• Help originate, structure, and model transactions
• Assess market trends and provide quantitative data for clients
• Perform market and quantitative research analysis
• Assist in structuring, pricing, and executing trades
• Handle day-to-day transaction needs, including reconciliation and clearing services
• Assist in developing new products and bringing them to market
• Assist in educating clients about complex structures and technical products

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or bachelor’s direct to master’s degree from an accredited college or university, graduating between November 2027 and August 2028
• Minimum 3.5 GPA preferred
• Background in mathematics, engineering, statistics, or programming is a plus
• Extensive Excel and modeling skills
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to ask tough questions
• Solid leadership, team, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a demanding environment
• Ability to generate complex solutions across multiple product platforms
• Strong interest in global financial markets and complex structures
• Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
• Adaptability to a constantly changing environment
• Track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities
• Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team focus
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
• Coding proficiency in Python preferred

Training & Development

• Extensive formal training followed by rotations in fixed income and/or equity markets with exposure to sales, trading, origination, and structuring/quantitative analysis functions.
