Global Markets Public Sector Banking Summer Credit Analyst Program (Jun 2027)

Join Bank of America’s Public Sector Banking team to support credit origination and portfolio monitoring for U.S. municipal clients.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Participate in underwriting various credit transactions
• Support financial analyses, including loan structuring
• Conduct comprehensive client and credit research
• Prepare presentations and materials for clients
• Work on various one-time projects
• Collaborate with deal team members and clients

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or bachelor’s direct to master’s degree with graduation between November 2027 and August 2028
• Minimum preferred GPA of 3.2
• Strong interest in finance and the public sector
• A combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, strategic and creative thinking, and strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively both independently and in teams
• Assertiveness, attention to detail, initiative, team focus, self-confidence, strong work ethic, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Preferred background in Finance or Accounting
