Join Bank of America’s Global Corporate & Investment Banking Summer Associate Program to develop financial models, conduct research, and support capital raising and advisory transactions.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Developing and maintaining complex financial models
- Performing various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
- Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
- Preparing presentation and other materials for clients
- Participating in due diligence sessions, communications, and interaction with deal team members
- Managing several projects simultaneously and working effectively both individually and as part of a team
- Working within one of the industry, country, or product coverage teams
About You
The company is looking for:
- Candidates pursuing an MBA degree from an accredited university with graduation between November 2026 and August 2027
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience post undergraduate degree
- Track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities
- Strategic and creative thinking with distinguished written and oral communication skills
- Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team focus
- Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
- Dedication to building a career in the investment banking industry
