Global Investment Banking Summer Associate Program (Jun 2026)

Join Bank of America’s Global Corporate & Investment Banking Summer Associate Program to develop financial models, conduct research, and support capital raising and advisory transactions.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Developing and maintaining complex financial models
• Performing various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
• Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
• Preparing presentation and other materials for clients
• Participating in due diligence sessions, communications, and interaction with deal team members
• Managing several projects simultaneously and working effectively both individually and as part of a team
• Working within one of the industry, country, or product coverage teams

About You

The company is looking for:

• Candidates pursuing an MBA degree from an accredited university with graduation between November 2026 and August 2027
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience post undergraduate degree
• Track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities
• Strategic and creative thinking with distinguished written and oral communication skills
• Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team focus
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
• Dedication to building a career in the investment banking industry
