Global Infrastructure & Sustainable Finance Summer Analyst Program (Jun 2027)

Join Bank of America’s Global Infrastructure & Sustainable Finance Group to support project finance and sustainable capital deployment across infrastructure sectors.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist in the origination and execution of non-recourse project finance transactions
• Perform sector analysis across renewables, data centers, and power networks
• Support due diligence and risk assessment for complex infrastructure assets
• Develop innovative financing structures for greenfield and brownfield projects
• Support project-level financing, including underwriting, modeling, and structuring transactions across energy transition, digital connectivity, and essential utility sectors
• Collaborate with product teams to structure corporate and collateralized/asset-based capital solutions, integrating tax, accounting, and regulatory considerations
• Engage with financial sponsors, developers, and corporates to understand capital needs and originate lending and financial advisory transactions

About You

The company is looking for:

• Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s direct to Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, graduating between November 2027 and August 2028
• Minimum 3.5 GPA preferred
• Extensive Excel and modeling skills
• Background in mathematics, engineering, or statistics is a plus
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
• Deep interest in the intersection of finance and sustainability
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
• Solid leadership, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a demanding environment
• Capability to generate complex solutions across multiple product platforms
• Strong interest in global financial markets, infrastructure, and sustainability
• Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
• Keen interest in complex structures and adaptability to changing environments
• Track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities
• Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team focus
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
