Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Collaborate with finance teams within the Corporate Controller organization, including Financial Control, External Reporting Control, Legal Entity Control, Control Management, and Program Management.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the Firm’s books and records, focusing on general ledger reconciliation and risk management systems.
- Design and execute processes supporting U.S. Regulatory Reporting and manage regulatory reporting policies and training.
- Enforce Legal Entity Control Standards and oversee financial statement governance at the legal entity level.
- Maintain a strong control environment across Firmwide Finance to identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Contribute to large-scale programs and initiatives related to new regulations, standards, or policies across the firm.
About You
What you'll need:
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong academic background with interest in financial management, data analysis, and accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferred: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Preferred: Intermediate Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Index Match).
- Preferred: Relevant internship experience and leadership in school or community organizations.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
