Global Corporate Banking Summer Analyst Program (May 2027)

Join Bank of America as a Corporate Banking Summer Analyst, working on live deals and client relationships within a leading global financial institution.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Working on live deals and client pitches to strengthen and expand relationships
• Preparation of internal materials such as compliance clearance and deal approval memos for transaction capital committees
• Preparation of external materials including working group lists, due diligence questionnaires, and lender presentations
• Preparation of relationship overview and coverage team pages
• Performing financial analyses including capital structure, credit ratings, WACC, and fire power analysis
• Conducting peer analysis on liquidity, capital allocation, capital structure, and fixed to floating profile
• Supporting day-to-day client relationship management and resolving client issues or needs
• Collaborating with product experts across Bank of America’s platform to deliver comprehensive solutions to corporate clients

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or bachelor’s direct to master’s degree from an accredited college or university, graduating between November 2027 and August 2028
• Minimum 3.5 GPA preferred with a track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities
• Distinguished written and oral communication skills
• Proactive, curious, quick learner, team-oriented, and strong work ethic
• Dedication to building a career in corporate banking with a strong desire to learn and succeed in team environments
• Compliance with hiring restrictions related to criminal history as per FDIC and FINRA regulations
