Global Corporate Banking Analyst Program (Jan 2026)

Join Bank of America’s Corporate Banking Energy team in Houston to develop financial models and support top corporations with lending and advisory services.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Developing and maintaining complex financial models
• Performing various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
• Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
• Preparation of presentation and other materials for clients
• Communication and interaction with deal team members
• Working with specialized product teams focused on corporate lending, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and capital markets
• Collaborating with origination bankers organized by country, industry, or product coverage

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a Bachelor’s direct to Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with graduation between November 2025 and August 2026
• Track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities
• Minimum 3.5 GPA preferred
• Strategic and creative thinking with distinguished written and oral communication skills
• Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team focus
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
• Dedication to building a career in the corporate banking industry
