Be part of Adobe’s Firefly Foundry team to develop cutting-edge Generative AI products and scalable software solutions in a hybrid internship setting.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Rapidly spin up prototypes exploring commercial viability of capabilities invented by Adobe research teams.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and performant frontend applications.
  • Improve prototypes and products by empathetically listening to feedback from customers and colleagues.
  • Evaluate cutting-edge Generative AI models.

About You

What you'll need:

  • Currently enrolled full time pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience, with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Previous related experience in software engineering through coursework, projects, internships, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency and experience with JavaScript or Python.
  • Understanding of how large language models and diffusion models are trained and operate, including trade-offs during training and inference.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle including designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining web and mobile apps.
  • Results-oriented with ability and interest in learning new technologies and adapting quickly to new requirements and environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas and influence others effectively.
  • Availability to participate in a full-time internship between May and September.
  • Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located to ensure collaboration and support. Managers will determine office attendance frequency based on priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range of $45.00 to $55.00, varying by U.S. geographic market.
  • Hybrid work model with time split between assigned office and home.
