Join our team to support educational program development and personnel assessment.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Perform tasks selected by a supervisor to gain practical understanding of organizational programs.
  • Conduct interviews to gather personal and academic histories.
  • Identify skill deficiencies through interviews and standardized tests.
  • Assist in developing educational surveys and reports for new program requirements.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • A degree in education or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Completion of a 4-year course of study with Superior Academic Achievement.
  • Experience in both paid and volunteer roles that build relevant skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary ranges from $49,025 - $86,190 annually, varying by location. 

Training & Development:

Opportunities include a one-year probationary period and completion of all training and regulatory requirements.

Career Progression:

Potential for relocation and career advancement upon successful completion of training.
