Join Honeywell as an IT Business Systems Analyst Intern to work on impactful IT projects and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end-users to define business requirements.
  • Conduct research on software products and solutions to make quality IT recommendations.
  • Participate in design sessions, prototyping solutions for enhancing IT business processes.
  • Work assignments with real business impact aligned with your skills and career goals.
  • Interact with multiple IT stakeholders, including IT management.
  • Be fully integrated into the day-to-day operations of a team focused on IT.
  • Join a community of diverse, early-career IT professionals and former interns for mentorship and guidance.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Expected to attain a bachelor’s or master’s degree between December 2025 and August 2026.
  • Validated academic excellence with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
  • Passion for using, developing, evaluating, and learning about new technologies.
  • Foundational business acumen and desire to improve business knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly base salary range: $20.00/hr - $42.00/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Relocation benefits and short-term housing are provided if the assigned work location is 50 miles or more from the current residence (excluding Puerto Rico and Canada).
