Join Honeywell’s Future Finance Leaders Program Internship to gain hands-on corporate finance experience across multiple industries in top US cities.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Participate in important finance projects within Honeywell’s Internship Program
• Gain exposure to multiple industries and finance disciplines
• Engage in an intern event series focused on Honeywell, Finance/Accounting, and business topics
• Attend social activities and present internship accomplishments to senior finance leadership
• Work at US locations including Phoenix, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX; and Rosemont, IL
• Collaborate with Honeywell’s world-class Finance team and business units

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a Master's of Accountancy/Finance (not MBA)
• Anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and ready to start full-time work between January 2027 and August 2027
• U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or having asylum/refugee status due to U.S. export control laws
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (3.5 preferred)
• Leadership experience in campus or volunteer activities
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Initiative and ability to work in a dynamic, challenging environment
• Good time management, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau and SAP skills preferred
• Geographically mobile for the automation business or interested in Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly base pay range: $22.50/hr - $24.00/hr
• Relocation benefits and short-term housing are provided if relocating 50 miles or more (excluding Puerto Rico and Canada)
