Lennar seeks a part-time intern in Miami, FL to lead Associate Experience projects in a 10-week paid People Strategy & Innovation program.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Identify, design, and deliver an Associate Experience improvement project from start to finish
- Develop a project launch plan including communications, training, and tracking
- Work alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
- Participate in onboarding, hands-on training, and team-building activities
About You
The company is looking for:
- Current junior at a 4-year college or university, graduating within 2 years (preferred)
- Working towards a bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (no sponsorship available)
- Ability to plan and manage projects effectively
- Skilled in compiling and analyzing metrics to identify trends and efficiencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management with ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Passion for optimizing data and consulting on behalf of HR
- Ability to work with various technologies and learn new tools, platforms, and digital workflows
- Open to personal and professional development through learning opportunities such as certifications and courses
