Future Builders Internship Program - People Strategy & Innovation (Jun 2026)

Lennar seeks a part-time intern in Miami, FL to lead Associate Experience projects in a 10-week paid People Strategy & Innovation program.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Identify, design, and deliver an Associate Experience improvement project from start to finish
• Develop a project launch plan including communications, training, and tracking
• Work alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
• Participate in onboarding, hands-on training, and team-building activities

About You

The company is looking for:

• Current junior at a 4-year college or university, graduating within 2 years (preferred)
• Working towards a bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (no sponsorship available)
• Ability to plan and manage projects effectively
• Skilled in compiling and analyzing metrics to identify trends and efficiencies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective time management with ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Passion for optimizing data and consulting on behalf of HR
• Ability to work with various technologies and learn new tools, platforms, and digital workflows
• Open to personal and professional development through learning opportunities such as certifications and courses
