Lennar offers a 10-week paid Sales Internship for rising college seniors to gain real-world experience in homebuilding sales and customer service.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Meet and greet customers
- Assist with full sales presentations
- Support operations of a new home community
- Observe and assist the New Home Consultant (NHC) with all sales activities
- Assist with the presentation of purchase agreements
- Support managing leads in the Salesforce CRM system
About You
What you'll need:
- Current Junior working towards a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating within 2 years (preferred)
- Working towards a bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a similar field
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
