Lennar offers a 10-week paid Sales Internship for rising college seniors to gain real-world experience in homebuilding sales and customer service.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Meet and greet customers
  • Assist with full sales presentations
  • Support operations of a new home community
  • Observe and assist the New Home Consultant (NHC) with all sales activities
  • Assist with the presentation of purchase agreements
  • Support managing leads in the Salesforce CRM system

About You

What you'll need:

  • Current Junior working towards a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating within 2 years (preferred)
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a similar field
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
