Future Builders Internship Program - Homebuilding - Construction (Jun 2026)

Lennar seeks Construction Interns for a 10-week paid program to support trade partner activities and gain hands-on experience in homebuilding.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support supervision and scheduling of daily trade partner activities ensuring compliance with City/County/State requirements and building codes
• Communicate construction progress and home completion dates through weekly reports
• Collaborate with trade partners and management to maintain open communication and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain and organize construction files for management and field associates
• Participate in onboarding, hands-on training, and team-building activities

About You

The company is looking for:

• Current junior working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree, graduating within 2 years (preferred)
• Degree focus in construction, civil engineering, architecture, business, or similar
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
