Lennar seeks Construction Interns for a 10-week paid program to support trade partner activities and gain hands-on experience in homebuilding.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Support supervision and scheduling of daily trade partner activities ensuring compliance with City/County/State requirements and building codes
- Communicate construction progress and home completion dates through weekly reports
- Collaborate with trade partners and management to maintain open communication and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain and organize construction files for management and field associates
- Participate in onboarding, hands-on training, and team-building activities
About You
The company is looking for:
- Current junior working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree, graduating within 2 years (preferred)
- Degree focus in construction, civil engineering, architecture, business, or similar
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
