Lennar seeks Construction Interns for a 10-week paid program supporting trade partner activities and construction project management.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting supervision and scheduling of daily trade partner activities ensuring compliance with City/County/State requirements and building codes
- Communicating construction progress and home completion dates through weekly reports
- Collaborating with trade partners and management to ensure open communication and proactive issue resolution
- Maintaining and organizing construction files for management and field associates
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Current junior working towards a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating within 2 years (preferred)
- Degree focus in construction, civil engineering, architecture, business, or similar field
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
