Lennar seeks Construction Interns for a 10-week paid program supporting trade partner activities and construction project management.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting supervision and scheduling of daily trade partner activities ensuring compliance with City/County/State requirements and building codes
  • Communicating construction progress and home completion dates through weekly reports
  • Collaborating with trade partners and management to ensure open communication and proactive issue resolution
  • Maintaining and organizing construction files for management and field associates

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Current junior working towards a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating within 2 years (preferred)
  • Degree focus in construction, civil engineering, architecture, business, or similar field
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
