Frontend Software Engineer - University Grad (May 2026)

Ramp seeks frontend and full-stack engineering interns to build performant interfaces and scalable engineering processes in a fast-growing fintech company.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Build performant, beautiful, and usable interfaces addressing complex business needs
• Ship products and services within cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with sales and business teams to incorporate and productize customer feedback
• Help establish engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale codebase, productivity, and team

About You

What you'll need:

• Graduating with a B.S. or higher in Computer Science or related technical field, ideally around May 2026
• Proficiency in JavaScript with strong visual design skills
• Experience with one or more object-oriented programming languages
• Track record of shipping high-quality products/features or a portfolio of side projects
• Ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow
• Alignment with Ramp’s core values of enabling businesses to grow by spending less

Nice to haves:

• Proficiency in React v16+
• Familiarity or interest in learning Flask (Python), Elixir, AWS, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL
• Passion for or curiosity about financial technology

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary/OTE range: $142,000 to $175,000 (NYC target level)
