Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with engineers on architecture and design decisions
• Handling massive-scale data and leveraging AI to enhance critical operations
• Developing custom applications tailored to customer needs
• Engaging directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives
• Shaping team strategy and driving projects from ideation to deployment
• Working in small, agile teams with end-to-end project ownership

About You

The company is looking for:

• Engineering degree preferred in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar
• Graduating in 2026 or before
• Willingness to travel 25-50% to client sites as needed
• Ability to learn continuously, work independently, and make decisions with minimal direction
• Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams in dynamic environments
• Creative problem-solving skills using data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks
• Interest in working with large-scale data to solve valuable business problems

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated salary range: $135,000 - $145,000 per year
• Potential additional compensation including Restricted Stock Units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives
