Your Role

- Learn and apply codes and standards for designing projects
- Collaborate with senior engineers for field data collection
- Adapt to new software systems and use available resources effectively
- Connect classroom knowledge with practical industry work

- Maintain a positive attitude towards learning and feedback
About You
The company is looking for:
- Graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET-accredited school in Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineering
- Graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
- Available to start in May or June 2026
- Preferred coursework in Fire Protection and Sprinkler Systems
- Solid foundation in core engineering concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders and navigate client sites, including outdoor work
- Willingness to travel for client and company projects or meetings
- Completion of pre-interview assessments and submission of college transcript if under one year post-graduation
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, background checks, and annual motor vehicle record checks
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
