Join Interactive Brokers' Client Services team to resolve client issues and enhance financial opportunities using cutting-edge technology.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Resolve routine and complex client service issues with sound judgment and courtesy.
  • Address client inquiries on IB Trader Workstation, Web Trader, and Mobile Trader platforms.
  • Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, position transfers, and account administrative functions.
  • Provide information on product availability, exchange functions, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with local and international Customer Service divisions and external departments.
  • Use computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting client issues.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in financial services (brokerage, banking, trading) preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
  • In-depth understanding of financial instruments like stocks, options, and futures.
  • Knowledge of exchange operations, product offerings, and margin methodologies.
  • Multi-language skills are an advantage.
  • A Bachelor’s or advanced degree is required.
