Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering quick, clear, and accurate support.
- Guiding users through trading tools, from buying their first share to navigating complex multi-asset strategies.
- Troubleshooting account management, funding, and trading activity issues while finding effective solutions.
- Collaborating with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and tools and sharing them with the team.
- Embodying company values through compassionate communication and deep product knowledge.
- Resolving user concerns with speed and thoroughness while actively engaging with customers.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, STEM, or a related field preferred.
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with one to three years of experience in customer-facing, finance, or technology roles.
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Curious about financial markets and the technology that powers them.
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable navigating advanced platforms, including desktop and mobile applications.
- In-depth understanding of stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange, crypto, and fixed income.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually based on skills and experience.
