Finance Summer Analyst Internship - Corporate Development (Jun 2025)

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Participate in V&A pipeline analysis.
• Summarize V&A prospect information from various sources.
• Contribute to financial model development for target evaluations.
• Perform comprehensive financial valuations.
• Engage in diligence efforts with internal teams.
• Compile summary materials for management reviews.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field, graduating between December 2025 and August 2026.
• Knowledge of M&A is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfort in communicating with senior leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•  Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience.

Compensation & Benefits:
