About you

Candidate Qualifications: 

• To reiterate, to be eligible for this summer internship opportunity you must be a current undergraduate Junior (rising senior) and must complete your Junior year by June 2025 and graduate in May/June 2026.
• Strong analytical capability 
• Excellence in Excel  
• Qualified candidates must have completed their Junior year by program start (June 2025) and be on track to graduate in May/June 2026.

Compensation & benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour- $30.00 per hour. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a one-time stipend payment $3500-$4000.

Training & development

The Lauder Summer Internship Program is a 10-week program that offers undergraduate students to think critically in real-world corporate situations. As a reflection of corporate philosophy and learning methodology, The internship program promotes continuous leadership development, hands-on practical experience, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to optimize participants' learning and career growth. Finance Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects that will support the team in reaching established goals and objectives directly relating to the success of the business.
