Finance & Accounting Internship Program - Fall (Sep 2026)

The Medpace Finance & Accounting Internship offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting within a leading clinical CRO.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Participate in valuation, analysis, and forecasting processes and assessments.
• Provide analysis and explanation of significant trends and contribute to financial results presentations to management.
• Integrate data across groups to deliver meaningful performance information.
• Maintain and enhance financial models and systems supporting budgeting and reporting.
• Collaborate with Operational and Support departments (Commercial Operations & Project Management) to assess financial performance and develop forecasts and budgets.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of internal financial reports to Senior Management and business end users.
• Support development of departmental SOPs and process documentation as needed.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadline orientation.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with all levels of management.
• Team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
