Join Adobe as an Experience Design Intern to create innovative digital experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Make important decisions about product look, feel, and behavior with meaningful ownership.
  • Give and receive constructive feedback to encourage and develop team ideas.
  • Drive the design process from early concepts, wireframes, visual design to pixel-perfect delivery.
  • Work closely with researchers and product managers to advocate for users through customer discovery and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers in a communicative, healthy product development environment.
  • Ship products and see your work used by millions.

About You

What you'll need:

  • Currently enrolled full-time pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in interaction design, new media design, HCI, or related design field, or equivalent experience, with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Previous project, internship, or work experience in UX/UI design or related fields.
  • Experience working in teams with many moving parts.
  • Experience conducting or working with research, presenting results, and acting on findings.
  • Awareness of how visual design languages and UI frameworks affect the design process.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Desire to be part of a fun, tight-knit team with a passion for design.
  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May and September.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $38.00 – $51.00, varying by U.S. geographic market.
  • Co-located hybrid work model with time split between assigned office and home.
