Equities Associate – Full Time Program (Sep 2026)

Join Citadel's Investment Associate Program to develop expertise in equity securities and financial modeling.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:  

• Collaborating with portfolio managers, analysts, associates, and traders to create equity portfolios.
• Focusing on a small number of stocks to gain comprehensive knowledge.  
• Building and maintaining detailed financial models.  
• Utilizing data sources for company fundamentals analysis.  
• Conducting primary and analytical research to support investment decisions.  
• Participating in investment team rotations and bespoke research projects.  

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:  

• Strong organizational skills for investment team infrastructure.  
• A desire to learn and apply financial modeling techniques.  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
• Ability to form well-formulated theses from incomplete information.  
• Skill in using third-party data sets for argument support.  
• Interest in new technology applications.  

Compensation & Benefits:

The base salary range is $115,000 to $125,000. Eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and benefits including medical and life insurance, retirement and tax-free savings plans, and access to healthcare programs.

Training & Development:

Participants will receive instructor-led classroom training and rotations on investment teams, focusing on financial modeling, business prospect analysis, and investment opportunity evaluation.

Career Progression:

The program aims to develop junior talent into successful investment professionals on Citadel’s platform, offering exposure to best-in-class infrastructure and technology.
