Join DuPont’s Engineering & Supply Chain Rotational Development Program to gain diverse engineering experience across multiple functions and locations.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in immersive assignments across different locations and functions within DuPont’s businesses.
  • Implement engineering best practices and analyze and improve processes.
  • Contribute to projects enhancing safety, product quality, and equipment or infrastructure.
  • Take on varied roles such as Production/Process Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, Technical Service, Automation and Process Control, and Operations Leadership.
  • Support plant areas on-call when required.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering majors from an ABET accredited institution.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
  • Minimum of 6 months paid co-op or internship experience in engineering discipline/major.
  • Legal right to work in the United States without employment restrictions.
  • 100% geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate as needed.
  • Multi-year commitment to complete a minimum of two assignments (12-24 months each).
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities including initiative, agility, adaptability, and influence management.
  • Continuous improvement mindset: creative problem solver, motivated by change, flexible, adaptable, and collaborative.
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification expected within first 24 months.
  • Training and experience with root cause failure analysis, process hazards analysis, and high hazard process safety.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual pay range: $67,200.00 - $105,600.00.
