Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee (Start ASAP)

Reynolds and Reynolds seeks Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees for a 12-month training program with extensive travel and relocation opportunities.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH
• Complete courses on dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills
• Work with an assigned Sales Mentor in the field, observing and assisting on sales calls
• Travel with customer service and installation teams to gain product knowledge
• Travel 80-100% of the time during training
• After training, relocate to an assigned territory with company relocation assistance
• As a Sales Professional, achieve monthly and annual sales quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to new and existing automotive industry customers

About You

The company is looking for:

• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last 5 years
• Bachelor’s degree
• Good time management skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel overnight 80-100% during training
• Willingness to relocate after successful completion of the training program
