Join Reynolds and Reynolds as an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee, engaging in a comprehensive 12-month training program.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Enrolling in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom training.
• Completing courses on dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
• Working with a Sales Mentor in the field, observing and assisting in the sales process.
• Traveling with customer service and installation teams to enhance product knowledge.
• Relocating to an assigned territory post-training to become a Sales Professional.
• Achieving monthly and annual sales quotas for Reynolds products and services.
• Selling to new and existing customers in the automotive industry.
• Utilizing a home office with provided company car, laptop, cell phone, and office equipment.

About You:

Candidates should possess:

• Willingness to relocate after training.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Ability to travel overnight 80-100% during training.
