Reynolds and Reynolds seeks Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees for a 12-month training program combining classroom and field experience with extensive travel.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Enroll in a 12-month sales training program, including classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, and field training with a Sales Mentor
- Complete courses on dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills
- Assist the Sales Mentor on sales calls and travel with customer service and installation teams to learn about products
- Travel 80-100% of the time during training
- After training, relocate to an assigned territory with company assistance and become a Sales Professional
- Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in the automotive industry
About You
The company is looking for:
- Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last 5 years
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good time management skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel overnight 80-100% during training
- Willingness to relocate after successful completion of the training program
