Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee position offering a 12-month comprehensive sales training program with extensive travel and relocation support.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.
- Complete courses on dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
- Work with an assigned Sales Mentor in the field, observing and assisting on sales calls.
- Travel with customer service and installation teams to gain product knowledge.
- Travel 80-100% of the time during training.
- After training, relocate to an assigned territory with company relocation assistance.
- As a Sales Professional, achieve monthly and annual sales quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in the automotive industry.
About You
What you'll need:
- Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel overnight 80-100% during training.
- Willingness to relocate after successful completion of the training program.
