Dewberry seeks an Entry Level Mechanical Engineer to work on diverse projects including new facilities, retrofits, and energy studies.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Work on projects such as new multi-building facilities, retrofit projects, laboratories, mission critical facilities, energy conservation studies, facility condition assessments, and due diligence reports.
- Prepare mechanical engineering calculations, reports, construction drawings and specifications, project schedules, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate work across multiple disciplines.
- Collaborate within a fast-paced team environment to meet multiple deadlines.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
- 0-2 years of experience; previous internship experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CAD; Revit preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Training & Development
- Participation in the Entry-Level Class Program with peers having 0-1 year of professional experience.
- Regular professional development events and team building activities led by an advisory team.
