Dewberry seeks an Entry Level Highway Engineer in Boston, MA to design roadway improvement projects and collaborate with a skilled team.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and preparation of contract documents for roadway improvement projects
  • Working within the Highway Engineering Department
  • Applying the latest technology to solve client challenges
  • Collaborating with a team of outstanding professionals

About You

The company is looking for:

  • BS in Civil Engineering required
  • EIT/FE preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Prior internship or summer work experience preferred
  • Familiarity with AASHTO, MassDOT, MBTA, and MUTCD preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MicroStation and/or AutoCAD including ORD (Open Roads MicroStation) and Civil 3D (ACAD)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $82,500 annually, subject to variation based on skills, experience, location, and market conditions
