Your Role:
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Resolve routine and complex client service issues with sound judgment and courtesy.
- Address client inquiries on IB Trader Workstation, Web Trader, and Mobile Trader platforms.
- Manage cash deposits, withdrawals, position transfers, and account functions.
- Provide information on product availability, exchange functions, and order processing.
- Coordinate with Customer Service divisions and external departments like Programming and Compliance.
- Use computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting client issues.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in financial services (brokerage, banking, trading) is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
- In-depth understanding of financial instruments like stocks, options, and futures.
- Knowledge of exchange operations, product offerings, and margin methodologies.
- Multi-language skills, with an urgent need for Portuguese and Spanish.
- A Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
