Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing engineering best practices, analyzing and improving processes
- Contributing to projects aimed at enhancing safety, product quality, and equipment or infrastructure
- Working in roles such as Production/Process Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, Technical Service, and Operations Management
About You
The company is looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field from an ABET accredited institution
- GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Minimum of 6 months paid co-op or internship experience in engineering discipline
- Willingness to be on-call for plant area support when required
- Legal right to work in the United States without employment restrictions
- Preferred: leadership capabilities, Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or willingness to obtain within 24 months), training/experience in root cause failure analysis, process hazards analysis, and high hazard process safety
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual pay range: $58,800.00 - $92,400.00
