Join Jacobs as an Entry Level Electrical Engineer in St Louis, MO, contributing to innovative power system and construction projects.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Work with power system planning, power distribution, lighting design, fire and life safety systems, vertical transportation, and construction coordination.
  • Prepare load analysis for different stages of design.
  • Create drawings detailing the designed systems.
  • Prepare and document energy compliance calculations and forms.
  • Collaborate within a team providing planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery.

About You

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, basic rendering and publishing programs, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly in person and in writing.
  • United States Citizenship.
  • Engineer In Training (EIT) Certificate (preferred).
  • Some experience in a corporate engineering environment, internship or CO-OP (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $58,656.00 to $85,000.00, determined by location, skills, experience, and education.
