Entry Level Customer Training Specialist – Traveling (Start ASAP)

Join Reynolds and Reynolds as a Customer Training Specialist to support software conversion and training with extensive travel.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Travel approximately 80% of the time individually and with a team to install and convert software for customers
• Meet with dealership management to understand their needs and customize the system accordingly
• Train key dealership personnel on how to use the Reynolds and Reynolds system
• Support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups from the home office when not on-site

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel 80% of the time
• Outgoing, friendly personality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

Training & Development

Training lasts approximately 2-3 months and includes department observations, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training with a mentor. Classroom instruction covers product training and automotive dealership operations. You will focus on one area of the software and assist experienced representatives with customer set-up and implementation. Opportunities to visit dealerships using Reynolds’ solutions are included.
