Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Follow the roadmap supplied by mentors and the training program in an entrepreneurial and autonomous manner
- Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to active investor clients
- Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear pathway to growth
- Contract and advise clients on individualized real estate investment strategies
- Prepare analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV) and market comparables
- Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
- Prospect new client relationships and referral sources
- Negotiate offers, exclusive listing agreements, purchase and sales agreements
- Participate in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops
- Research ownership records, market data, and industry trends
- Attend networking and industry events and connect with industry professionals
About You

- Must be able to work onsite five days per week in Chicago, IL
- Role is 100% commissioned, 1099 independent contractor position
