Entry-Level Business Analyst - Software Development (Start ASAP)

Entry-Level Business Analyst to support IT and functional teams by translating business needs into system specifications at Medpace, a global clinical CRO.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting senior business analysts with project tasks such as gathering and analyzing business needs, documentation, and requirements validation
• Generating requirement documentation for validation testing and audit reviews
• Collaborating with development teams to design and implement internal business system processes
• Troubleshooting development issues and proposing solutions to meet objectives and timelines
• Reviewing current and proposed business systems for process improvement opportunities
• Participating in business strategy discussions and presenting system enhancement pros and cons to senior management
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings for agile teams
• Performing other assigned projects and responsibilities

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

• Internship experience in Software Development or Clinical environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and processes
• Demonstrated business acumen
• Excellent project management skills
• Familiarity with application programming, database, and system design
