Entry Clinical Trials Proposal Writer (Start ASAP)

Join Medpace as a full-time Proposal Writer to prepare pharmaceutical industry proposals, collaborating with operations and business development teams.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading proposal planning meetings to identify client requirements and recommend strategies
• Encouraging multi-disciplinary discussions among subject matter experts for high-quality proposal content
• Establishing timelines and deliverables, holding internal stakeholders accountable
• Extracting and consolidating relevant content from subject matter experts into meaningful proposal narratives
• Including data visualization materials in documents
• Reviewing and analyzing RFP and RFI documents to understand client requirements and identify missing information
• Drafting standard documents according to strategy and sponsor requirements within expedited timelines
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting implementation
• Defining action plans and managing modifications to ensure proposal alignment with client requirements and business strategies
• Performing quality control, peer review, and finalizing documents for distribution

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in life science field required; Master’s degree preferred
• Strong initiative to learn
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
