Join Medpace as a full-time Proposal Writer to prepare pharmaceutical industry proposals, collaborating with operations and business development teams.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading proposal planning meetings to identify client requirements and recommend strategies
- Encouraging multi-disciplinary discussions among subject matter experts for high-quality proposal content
- Establishing timelines and deliverables, holding internal stakeholders accountable
- Extracting and consolidating relevant content from subject matter experts into meaningful proposal narratives
- Including data visualization materials in documents
- Reviewing and analyzing RFP and RFI documents to understand client requirements and identify missing information
- Drafting standard documents according to strategy and sponsor requirements within expedited timelines
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting implementation
- Defining action plans and managing modifications to ensure proposal alignment with client requirements and business strategies
- Performing quality control, peer review, and finalizing documents for distribution
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in life science field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong initiative to learn
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
