Entry Clinical Trials Feasibility Specialist (Start ASAP)

Join Medpace as an Entry Feasibility Coordinator to support global clinical trial planning through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Coordinate feasibility assessments and deliver high quality, accurate feasibility data to internal and external teams
• Develop preliminary proposal strategy for site and country selection
• Present feasibility results to proposal team members to ensure correct assumptions and alignment with therapeutic and operational experience
• Coordinate outreach to investigative sites for indication and protocol specific feedback as needed
• Assist project teams with preparation for bid defense meetings
• Support departmental process improvement initiatives and general administrative functions

About You

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required; Masters or PhD preferred
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks within tight timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
