Enterprise Technology Summer Associate (Jun 2026)

Join Bain’s Enterprise Technology Practice as a Summer Associate to support technology-focused consulting projects and drive digital transformation for leading global clients.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support client organizations in making pivotal decisions and transforming their enterprise with a primary focus on technology
• Work closely with full-time consultants who provide coaching and mentoring
• Present work results to Partners and clients
• Apply business school knowledge to solve complex business problems and drive change

About You

The company is looking for:

• MBA or advanced degree candidate from a top business school or university
• Strong team player and independent thinker
• Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multitask
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
• Additional language skills and visa requirements as applicable for the office location

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly base salary of $16,000 (U.S. locations)

Training & Development

The internship begins with intensive training to develop core consulting skills. You will work alongside Bain knowledge experts and gain industry knowledge, client management, and communication skills.
