Engineering Spring Co-op (Jan 2026)

Join GE Appliances as an Engineering Co-op for the Spring to gain hands-on experience on innovative projects!

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work with your mentor to accomplish established goals supporting the business and offering learning opportunities
• Complete technical assignments in areas such as New Product Introduction, Product Improvement, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Development, Sourced Products, Software Development, or GEA’s Micro-Factory, FirstBuild
• Attend development and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and professional skills
• Participate in networking and community volunteer projects
• Engage in optional social events including lunches, weekend activities, sports, and cookouts

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
• Graduation date of May 2026 or later
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Ability to complete two or more co-op rotations before graduation (desired)
• Related coursework (desired)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (desired)
• Desire and ability to learn and passion for engineering (desired)
