Engineering Fall Co-Op (Sep 2026)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Benchmark Lab: Teardown competitor products, document components with photos, and prepare analysis reports.
• Gear Lab: Operate gear production equipment, perform tooling changeovers, collect and analyze gear dimension data.
• Materials Lab: Prepare samples for metallurgical testing, perform material analysis, evaluate results, and prepare reports.
• Test Lab: Assist engineers with testing and development, assemble and analyze products, and document manufacturing work instructions.
• Samples Department: Build prototype axle and driveshaft assemblies, review and create safety documentation, assist with 5S methodology.
• Applications Engineering: Analyze vehicle requirements, collaborate on new part designs, create assembly prints, manage prototype parts, oversee lab testing, and maintain customer communication.
• Product Engineering: Develop new product designs, address manufacturing process challenges, create component prints, oversee lab testing, and coordinate with purchasing for suppliers.
