Join Morgan Stanley’s Emerging Wealth Solutions Summer Analyst Program in Sandy, UT, gaining hands-on experience in wealth management, client servicing, and exposure to senior leaders.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in a competitive, full-time 10-week internship focused on practical business experience, leadership skills, and exposure to senior leaders across Morgan Stanley.
  • Immersing in Morgan Stanley’s culture through project assignments, networking opportunities, and job shadowing.
  • Learning the wealth management business directly from Financial Advisors, Service Professionals, and Relationship Managers via development programs and business rotations.
  • Studying for and completing the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam with support from a dedicated training team.
  • Building a final presentation on a key strategic initiative within the Emerging Wealth Solutions organization.
  • Collaborating with a fast-paced team across seven major U.S. cities to provide high standards of care to clients and participants.
  • Participating in volunteer activities during the firmwide Global Volunteer Month.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major; interest in finance preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect easily with others.
  • A passion for putting clients’ interests first and delivering the firm’s best value.
  • Eagerness to learn and continuously improve understanding of investments and financial markets.
  • Innovative thinking and willingness to develop and share new ideas.
  • Commitment to learning and understanding new perspectives, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Passion for community service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
