Join Honeywell as an Electrical Engineering Graduate to design and develop innovative electrical systems in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting electrical engineers in designing power and control systems for case conveyors, automatic storage and retrieval systems, and other automated equipment
  • Collaborating with multi-functional departments to ensure project success both in-house and in the field
  • Providing engineering support to resolve well-defined technical problems
  • Contributing as part of an electrical engineering team delivering material handling solutions to the distribution and fulfillment industry

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a similar field from an accredited college or university
  • Graduated or graduating between August 2025 and May 2026 and available to begin full-time work between September 2025 and July 2026
  • Degree obtained within 12 months of the date of hire
  • U.S. Person status as defined by U.S. export control laws (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum or refugee)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels and across organizations
  • Positive, can-do attitude and adaptability to changing environments
  • Quick learner with eagerness to broaden skills and offer help when needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $68,000 to $126,500
