Electrical Engineering Co-op (Aug 2026)

Join GE Appliances as an Electrical Engineering Co-op for Fall 2026 to gain hands-on experience in innovative appliance technology and product development.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work with your assignment leader to accomplish established objectives and goals that support the business and offer learning opportunities
• Complete innovative technical assignments in product areas including refrigeration, washer systems, and cooking products
• Engage in electronic technical assignments such as PCB design, hardware design, and hardware debugging
• Work on some of the newest innovations and equipment
• Participate in development and training opportunities to enhance technical and professional skills, including communication and resume writing
• Join optional social events such as lunches, weekend activities, sports, and cookouts
• Participate on committees with peers for networking and community service activities like mentoring and tutoring elementary students

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
• Graduation date of May 2027 or later
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0)
• Legal authorization to work in the hiring country/region without visa sponsorship
• Ability to complete two or more co-op rotations before graduation (desired)
• Related coursework (desired)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (desired)
• Desire and ability to learn (desired)
• Passion for engineering (desired)
